This giveaway is now closed. Congrats to our winner, Tera. If you aren’t the lucky lady, don’t despair! You can use the code CLEANLINEGIVEAWAY for 20% anything in Bonnie’s shop from now until May 2nd. Kind of perfect for Mother’s Day, don’t you think?
Philadelphia is by no means a small town, but things in the art/design community can sometimes feel remarkably cozy. I had JUST been admiring Bonnie’s gorgeous screen printed wrapping paper when she reached out to me about this collaboration. My answer, obviously, was a swift and decisive Y-E-S. Bonnie Kaye Studio makes beautiful things, period. She creates simple designs from nature and turns her images into a variety of innovative repeat patterns. She then screenprints and sews all of her products by hand, so each piece is truly unique. Learn more about Bonnie and the details of the giveaway after the jump!
Hello lovelies. I hope you all had a nice holiday weekend, regardless of what holiday you were celebrating. We spent quite a bit of time outside which felt awesome! On Saturday we did a little work in the garden and picked up 20,000 bees. Yes, you read that correctly. Sean’s been wanting to set up a honey bee hive, so we had to collect our (well packaged) colony that were driven up all the way from Georgia. Sunday was spent eating way too much bunny-shaped chocolate, and getting the bees cozy in their new home.
I’m always a fan of mixing muted colors with a pop of deep, saturated color. I feel like I’ve never seen a color palette quite like this one, but truthfully that’s always my goal! Have a nice week, and be sure to stop back in on Wednesday for a fun giveaway!
I had originally planned to post this yesterday, but decided to hold off. I didn’t want anyone to think I was april fools day joking about this VERY big news! Finally, yesterday we learned this little baby in my belly’s gender… whether we’d be welcoming a brand new little girl or really moving out of our comfort zone by adding a baby boy to the mix! Since it’s officially spring, I thought I’d let big sister Eva and some appropriately colored flowers break the news! Find out what we’re having, blue or pink, after the jump!
So you want to start a blog? Cool, I know a thing or two about that! I’ve been working behind the scenes to put together a blog for my dude, and I’m realizing just how much I’ve learned since I originally started this little blog. I wanted to share some of that knowledge with you today, after the jump!
Hello friends, it’s been a while! Last week I was super sick and crummy, and just couldn’t possible put together a worthwhile blog post for you. Now I’m back, it’s officially spring, and I’m ready to rock. It was a pretty quiet weekend around here. Eva went to my parent’s house on Friday, and we met her there on Saturday afternoon. It was still pretty cold so minus a Sunday morning walk in the woods, we were inside huddled by the fireplace most of the weekend.
Despite the way it feels, I’m ready to think spring. I like the juxtaposition of this girly pink against the darker, gender-neutral citrine color. I hope you have a nice week!
