Audrey Kawasaki Print Sale

If you aren’t familiar with the work of audrey kawasaki, oh man are you in for a treat! She’s a very prolific and celebrated artist based in LA. She uses the female form as the basis for her designs, and often uses pieces of wood as her canvas. She strikes me as a modern-day Klimt or Mucha. I’m a huge fan of both of those dudes, and my feelings for Kawasaki are no different.

I have this one hanging above my bed right now. Sean and I had been told that her prints are only sold in small quantities, on a first come first serve basis. We purchased ours the moment the print became available. By the time we’d finished out transaction, all the other copies had sold out!

Clearly, even prints of her work are difficult to come by, so I wanted to alert you to something special that’s going on tomorrow! The policy has changed a bit, and now anyone who buys a print on the day of the sale is guaranteed a copy(And the cost is half what we paid for ours)! The one that’s for sale tomorrow is appropriately called “Maybe Tomorrow” and pictured above. You can see more of Audrey’s work after the jump…

Have a great weekend, and let me know if you buy a print!
